At Affordable Promos we take pride in providing our customers ‘white glove’ treatment when ordering. No confusing online ordering but rather personal, in person or over the phone, ordering to ensure that we get your order right the first time.
Simply follow these easy steps when requesting an order:
- From our web site, identify the item(s) you wish to order. If you can’t find what your are looking for or wish assistance in
selecting an item, we are available Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm EST.
- Identify the quantity needed. If you have questions about the most cost-effective quantity to order, ask us and we’d be
glad to help.
- Identify the imprint color(s), location and copy
- Type of proof required (virtual and/or actual)
- Packaging requirements, if any
- Date needed by (in-hand). Note: rush delivery is usually available on all items at an additional fee.
- Shipping destination
- Email your information to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your order is received, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us with availability and a quote with all the details of your order including a total price with any and all fees (i.e., setup costs, artwork design, shipping, etc.). After your approval, we will request your artwork in the appropriate file format. Once payment is received and your proof has been approved, your order will be placed into production. Once your order has shipped, you will be rovided with a tracking number.
